- Particularities : The oil of Podere Spazzavento is obtained from Leccino, Frantoio, Pendolino and Maurino olives, harvested exclusively in the Podere's closes. Harvesting is done entirely by hand. The pressing is carried out immediately here by us, cold and in a continuous cycle. Podere Spazzavento currently has about seven hundred olive trees in production, all on its own estate. The final product of all this is a very high quality oil that stands out for its fruity aroma, its delicacy and very low acidity.
