- Description: PIRRO IGT is produced with a base of Sangiovese grapes and with mixed grapes from the old native vines present in the company. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in steel vats with a daily pumping over. After being pressed, the wine rests for a few months in the vat, before being bottled in the first months of the following year. Pirro is a wine that is drunk young, therefore in spring it is immediately ready for consumption.
