Let's restore, it comes from my eternal desire
to cook with love, after all, cooking for me is synonymous with love of passion, to spend hours and hours researching the recipes handed down over time, reported on small sheets written by hand by my grandmother or my mother or the grandparents of our grandparents, guardians of tradition and art of our kitchens, which I jealously guard as the greatest of treasures,
because it is from tradition, from the rediscovery of the past, that we can bring back to our tables those flavors and hints of Tuscany of the past.
